Our focus is ongoing cleaning for small and mid-sized offices, particularly teams of around 10–70 people. The time needed depends on your layout and how the office is used, not just the number of desks.

We clean agreed accessible desk surfaces, shared workstations and meeting-room tables, empty bins and pay attention to the touchpoints people use throughout the day. Your team keeps control of documents and equipment; the cleaning routine is agreed around how the office is used.
Ready for the next coffee.
Sinks, worktops, splashbacks and shared preparation areas need consistent attention. We agree the kitchen tasks with you and make them part of the regular visit, rather than leaving these busy spaces until they become difficult to manage. Kitchen consumables can be restocked separately.
The details your team notices.
Washbasins, toilets, taps and agreed washroom surfaces are included in the cleaning routine. We discuss frequently used touchpoints and check what is needed across each washroom. Soap, hand towels and toilet paper can be monitored and supplied as separately billed consumables.
A welcoming office, throughout.
We vacuum and mop suitable floors, empty agreed bins and clean the communal areas included in your scope. Reception areas, corridors and meeting spaces can be planned around footfall. We bring the cleaning equipment and products, so you do not need to organise a separate cleaning cupboard.
A service, not a selection of tiers
Some offices need a visit each working day. Others need fewer visits across the week. We discuss the right frequency with you and set out the agreed tasks before work begins. You do not need to pick a tier to get kitchens, washrooms or desk areas looked after.
We bring cleaning equipment and products, including eco-friendly products as part of our established approach. Toilet paper, soap, hand towels and dishwasher tablets are different: if you want us to monitor and restock them, those consumables are invoiced separately.
Working around the working day
We specialise in cleaning after the team has left, helping avoid disruption during office hours. Before the first visit, we agree how to enter and secure the office, including keys, fobs, entry codes and alarm instructions where relevant.
Consistency is important. We aim to use the same cleaner where possible, helping your office preferences become familiar. If your workplace changes, tell us so we can review the routine and make sure the agreed time still matches the work.
If we miss an agreed task, tell us within 24 hours. We will return and fix it at no extra charge. Keeping the agreed scope clear makes it easier to spot an issue and put it right.
Our rolling agreement has four weeks’ notice. We confirm the scope, visit schedule and price before starting. A free site visit gives us the chance to look at the layout, understand access and answer practical questions before you commit.
