Office cleaning prices depend on the work your space needs. The starting rate gives you a clear point of reference; a free site visit helps us confirm the time, frequency and access arrangements before we agree the service.
From weekly hours to a monthly price.
For recurring office cleaning, we can convert your agreed weekly schedule into a fixed monthly quote. That makes the routine easier to budget for without choosing a package. We confirm what is included, the visit frequency and the monthly arrangement before starting.
The calculator uses the £19 hourly starting rate and averages a year over 12 months. Two hours per visit, three visits a week, gives a starting-rate illustration of £114 per week and £494 for an average month. This is a planning example, not a confirmed quote for your office.
What changes the quote?
The layout, number of washrooms, kitchen areas, floor types and everyday use all affect the time needed. Access arrangements and cleaning frequency also matter. A quieter office with fewer visits needs a different routine from a busy workplace used throughout the week.
We agree the routine after seeing the space. If you already know the approximate floor area, team size and desired frequency, include them in your enquiry. Those details help us make the site visit more useful.
Equipment is included.
Consumables are separate.
You do not need to source the cleaning equipment or products for our routine. We bring what we need for the agreed work. Separately, we can help manage items your team uses up, such as toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels and dishwasher tablets.
Keeping consumables separate makes the cleaning cost easier to understand. If you want restocking, we agree the items and arrangements with you and invoice those supplies separately. Ask us to include that discussion in your walk-through.
A simple recurring agreement.
Our service uses a rolling agreement with four weeks’ notice. The minimum visit is two hours, whether you need one visit each week or a more frequent routine. We focus on ongoing office cleaning rather than advertising a one-off deep clean at the hourly starting rate.
After-hours visits are arranged around your working day. We confirm key or fob access and alarm instructions before the first clean. The same cleaner is used where possible, helping keep the office routine familiar.
Before we confirm your price.
Send your office postcode, approximate team size and preferred number of visits. We will confirm whether the office is in our service area and arrange a free site visit. You can show us the busy spaces, discuss practical access and tell us which tasks matter most.
If an agreed task is missed after the service starts, report it within 24 hours and we will return to fix it at no extra charge. Our aim is a clear working arrangement: the work is agreed, the price is understood and you know how to reach us.
