Enquiry information

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, company, email, phone, office postcode, team size, preferred schedule and any message you provide, with your agreement to be contacted about the enquiry. We use these details to discuss your office cleaning requirements, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Cloudflare hosts the website, checks for spam with Turnstile and stores enquiries in our EU-jurisdiction enquiry database for up to 30 days. Namecheap Private Email delivers an acknowledgement to you and an enquiry email to us. We also send an internal notification to our private Telegram chat so we can respond. Email correspondence and any later business records are retained as needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing. We hash technical IP identifiers for short-term abuse controls; we do not store the raw IP address in the enquiry database. Do not include access codes or sensitive security information in an initial enquiry.

Phone, email, social and WhatsApp links open services outside this website. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. The Vimeo player loads when its section enters view and plays muted; you can pause it. With reduced-motion enabled, playback starts only when you choose to play.
